Who Usually Qualifies

• Significant prior record, prior failed diversion, or on probation.
• High‑value frauds or organized schemes.
• Domestic violence is often excluded unless a specific DV diversion exists (and those programs are strict).

How to Complete PTI Cleanly (and Faster)

PTI isn’t “set it and forget it.” It’s a checklist with deadlines, and people get bounced for small, fixable misses. Here’s what you should do:

• Get in early. We apply before arraignment where possible, with a mitigation packet that answers the prosecutor’s questions before they ask.
• Front‑load restitution. Bring receipts. Proof of loss paid in full moves prosecutors and PTI officers.
• Do the evaluation now. If substance issues are alleged, complete your assessment and start treatment before they tell you to.
• Calendar everything. Orientation, classes, community service, monthly reporting–missed dates become “noncompliance.”
