Drew Fritsch, Esq. Attorney
Being accused of a crime is one of the scariest, most stressful situations one can ever be in. It is also one of those times in life that people are confused about what to do. Drew Fritsch Law Firm, P.A. is here to provide you with knowledge, guidance, advice as well as a vigorous defense. I will take the time to meet with you and keep you informed in the process regarding every phase of your case. I will work with you to obtain the best result possible in your case whether it be a resolution or a trial.
I have been practicing criminal law for over twenty years. I worked as a prosecutor in both Charlotte and Lee counties for eight years. This gives me the unique ability to look at the case from both sides of view. I have worked as a defense attorney representing individuals since then. Unlike many other firms, I will be the only attorney handling your case. Your case will not be handed off to a new associate attorney who may not have the experience, knowledge of your case as well as local knowledge that I possess. You have many options in deciding whom to hire to defend you. I encourage you to hire the law firm you feel most comfortable with and who will listen to your concerns. If you read a few reviews on this site, you will see the kind of service I like to provide.
I am AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest possible rating, recognizing exceptional expertise and high ethical standards. Fewer than 5% of lawyers nationwide achieve this designation and the rating is determined by legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication, and experience.
